We are conveniently located in the heart of L9, just a short walk from the train station, making commuting a breeze.
Role Overview: We are seeking passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSA) to join our dynamic team. As an LSA, you will play a pivotal role in the academic and personal development of our students, helping them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualised support to students with SEND
Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Support students in accessing the curriculum and participating in class activities
Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the well-being and progress of students
Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback
Qualifications:
Experience working with students with SEND is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Relevant qualifications in education or support work are advantageous
