We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide assistance to a lady in Widnes. The role involves accompanying her to day services in the Wirral from Monday to Friday. This position is ideal for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and has a genuine interest in improving the quality of life for others.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Safely transport the individual to and from day services in the Wirral.
• Provide companionship and support throughout the day.
• Assist with any daily tasks or activities as required.
• Ensure the individual’s safety and well-being at all times.
• Maintain open communication with the individual’s family and care team.
• Monitor and report any changes in the individual’s condition.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must be over 25 years old.
• Possession of a clean driver’s licence.
• Must have right to work in the UK
• Must have experience working in a similar role in the UK
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a caring disposition.
• Ability to work independently and make responsible decisions.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
