Neighbourhood Officer

Experienced Neighbourhood Officer required on a minimum 3-month temp contract in Liverpool paying up to £24ph. Your new role

• Delivery of housing management services including the management of neighbourhoods and covering all aspects of void & tenancy management including viewings, tenancy changes, mutual exchanges, terminations, abandonments and enforcement of tenancy conditions
• Planned neighbourhood inspections and dealing with identified issues such as untidy gardens, fly tipping, graffiti, repairs, vandalism and abandoned vehicles
• Identifying and escalating cases of ASB
• Enforcing terms of tenancy agreements, providing accurate advice about tenants' rights and responsibilities in relation to their agreement
• Identify and report health & safety issues/breaches, and take the lead on gas access management
• Respond to general queries and complaints from customers, councillors and key stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience of delivering housing management services across patches of 300+ properties
• Knowledge and awareness of related housing regulations/law
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage busy workload effectively and work to own initiative
• Driving licence with access to own vehicle with business insurance
