We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Tenancy Management Team Leader in Liverpool for a minimum of 9 months, where you will be responsible for the day-to-day performance management of a small team of Officers, ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality housing and tenancy management services within communities.

Your new role

  • Line management - appraisals, disciplinaries, absence & sickness, training and development
  • Managing performance on set targets such as ASB, arrears, allocations, voids and estate management
  • Budget management and monitoring
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders
  • Reviews and audits
  • Delivery and development of neighbourhood plans
  • Lead on resident engagement and involvement, gathering information to identify and address key issues within the community

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of housing legislation and best practice
  • Proven experience of managing a high-performing team
  • Knowledge/understanding of relevant processes - allocations, voids, compliance, asb and arrears within social housing
  • Skilled in customer/stakeholder relationship management
