Agency Targeted Services Officer - Liverpool City Council ? Location: Various locations across Liverpool ? Pay Rate: £23.52 per hour (Umbrella) ? Contract: Temporary, ongoing About the Role: Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an Agency Targeted Services Officer to join Liverpool City Council's Children and Young People's Services. This role focuses on sup-porting young people, families, and communities by delivering targeted interventions to re-duce the risk of offending, promote positive development, and improve life outcomes. Key Responsibilities: * Work with and supervise young people in various settings to ensure their safety and reduce risks of offending or harm. * Develop and deliver individual and group-based interventions to support personal and social development. * Advocate for young people, ensuring their voices are heard in service planning and de-livery. * Collaborate with statutory and voluntary partners to maximize resources and opportu-nities for young people. * Maintain accurate case records and documentation using electronic recording systems. Support families to address areas of concern and facilitate integration into mainstream services. * Ensure all programmes align with Liverpool City Council's equal opportunities commitment and non-discriminatory practices. Requirements: * Experience working with young people and families in community or social work set-tings. * Strong understanding of safeguarding and risk management for young people. * Ability to engage with young people displaying challenging behavior. * Excellent communication and assessment skills with experience in case manage-ment. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. * Must hold a relevant qualification related to youth work, social work, or a related field. * Enhanced DBS check required.
