As a Children's Social Worker, you will:?? Manage a diverse caseload, including children looked after & children in care?? Undertake direct work with children (sometimes out of area) & complete high-quality assessments ???? Make complex safeguarding decisions, identifying levels of risk and ensuring the safety & welfare of children ????????????? Use innovative social work interventions to improve outcomes & empower families ???? Build and maintain strong professional relationships with children, families & partner agencies ??
