A great opportunity for an experienced IT SAM Analyst who has experience managing software and licensing to join a global organisation, at one of their main UK offices here in Liverpool. This is a place that invests in technology and values their employees.What you'll be doing:
- Troubleshoot issues and manage requests
- Update and manage to software asset manager
- Monitor software usage, deployment and licence availability
- Licence management, renewals and access
- Project work and audit preparation
- Manage relationships with venders
- Full SAM lifecycle
Experience to succeed:
- Minimum of 3 years in an IT Software Asset Management role
- Demonstrable experience working with SNOW
- Proactive approach to work
- Able to use initiative and make recommendations
- Experience or willingness to partake in project work and migrations
- Understanding of Flexera or ServiceNow is desirable
Benefits and rewards:
- Salary of £40,000-45,000
