- Lead the design and development of the Proclaim Case Management System
- Create and refine document templates and workflow processes
- Develop and support innovative business solutions to enhance operations
- Produce insightful Management Information (MI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Continuously monitor industry trends to inform system improvements and best practices
- Proven experience working with and developing the Proclaim Case Management System
- Degree-level education is advantageous, but not essential
- Strong knowledge of legal workflows and their application within case management platforms
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive, creative, and analytical approach to solving problems
- Familiarity with databases is desirable
