The child you will be working with has experienced trauma and has limited communication. This is a full-time, ongoing role for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to an SEN pupil in a classroom setting
- Work closely with teachers and other staff to create a supportive learning environment
- Support with student development
- Managing challenging behaviour
Requirements:
- Highly experienced SEN teaching assistant
- Strong understanding of special education needs
- Trauma informed
- Patience, empathy and a positive attitude
