Randstad Education is working with a specialist school in Huyton to support students with a variety of SEN needs. We are looking for compassionate, patient, and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistants to join our team immediately. This term-time role offers the chance to make a real difference, with the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, including Autism and ADHD.
  • Act as a positive and creative role model, fostering strong relationships with students.
  • Ideally, have experience working with SEN students in a school setting.
  • Show patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Assist with lesson delivery and collaborate with staff across various classes.
  • Plan and deliver lessons using the P Scales curriculum.
  • Support students with diverse needs, including MLD, PMLD, SLD, ADHD, and physical disabilities.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • Be available to start immediately.
