This welcoming two-form entry primary school in Halewood, Knowsley are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join this well established and successfull team. The role will be supporting a  child with ADHD and ASD, and assisting the class teacher in delivering a high standard of education and care. The school is committed to making the difference for all our children and young people and are very much a school that places our children at the heart of all they do. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support to pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD.
  • Assist the teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
  • Support pupils' social, emotional, and educational development.
  • Work collaboratively with staff to deliver personalised strategies and interventions.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications or proven experience in a similar role.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
  • Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability.
