Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join the team of a primary school in the Liverpool, L4 area. You will be working full-time, supporting a Year 4 class. This position is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners and to gain valuable experience in the education sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the class teacher with classroom management and lesson preparation

  • Provide support to children with additional needs, ensuring they are fully included in all classroom activities

  • Work one-on-one or in small groups with students who require extra help

  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

  • Help maintain classroom order and assist with administrative tasks as needed
