Help manage behaviour and engagement through structured activities. Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to support children with additional needs. Gain valuable classroom experience, developing your skills towards a full-time Teaching Assistant role. What Were Looking For We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual who has: Experience in coaching sports (football, rugby, athletics, etc.) with young people. A passion for working with children and helping them develop confidence through physical activity. A keen interest in progressing into a Teaching Assistant role. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A positive, energetic, and motivational approach. Eligibility Requirements To be considered for this role, you must: Hold the Right to Work in the UK. Have an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service (or be willing to apply for one). Provide two professional references related to coaching or childcare. Hold up-to-date Safeguarding training (desirable, but not essential as training is provided).
