About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Work 1:1 and in small groups with children who have additional learning needs, such as Autism, ADHD, and social-emotional difficulties.
Support students in their academic and emotional development, helping them to engage in learning.
Implement tailored strategies to help children regulate emotions and develop social skills.
Work closely with SENCOs, teachers, and therapists to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Gain valuable insight into child development, behaviour management, and SEN strategies ideal for further psychology-related studies or training.

A Psychology (or related) degree or a strong interest in SEN and child development.
Experience working with children or young people (voluntary or paid).

A willingness to learn and adapt to different SEN strategies and teaching approaches.
Eligibility Requirements:
Right to Work in the UK.
Enhanced DBS certificate registered with the online update service (or willingness to apply for one).
Two professional references related to education, childcare, or psychology.
