About the Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Work 1:1 and in small groups with children who have additional learning needs, such as Autism, ADHD, and social-emotional difficulties. Support students in their academic and emotional development, helping them to engage in learning. Implement tailored strategies to help children regulate emotions and develop social skills. Work closely with SENCOs, teachers, and therapists to ensure the best outcomes for students. Gain valuable insight into child development, behaviour management, and SEN strategies ideal for further psychology-related studies or training.
