About the Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Build strong, positive relationships with pupils to support their social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Assist with implementing behavior management strategies and fostering independence.
  • Provide practical and emotional support to help pupils overcome barriers to learning.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working with children or young people with SEND in a school or similar setting.

  • Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Is adaptable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Holds relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent experience (desirable but not essential).
