About Us: We work with local primary schools and support them by providing an inclusive and supportive educational environment for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We are conveniently located in the heart of L9, just a short walk from the train station, making commuting a breeze.

Role Overview: We are seeking passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSA) to join our dynamic team. As an LSA, you will play a pivotal role in the academic and personal development of our students, helping them achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised support to students with SEND

  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

  • Support students in accessing the curriculum and participating in class activities

  • Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the well-being and progress of students

  • Monitor and record student progress and provide feedback

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with students with SEND is preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

  • Relevant qualifications in education or support work are advantageous
