We are keen to speak with individuals who hold experience supporting as a health care professional as well as experience as a Teaching assistant within the education sector with SEN experience.

I am currently recruiting for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our fantastic schools in North Liverpool area of Liverpool.

This position will be in a SEN school supporting on a 1-1 basis, working under the direction of the teacher. This is a flexible role is a full-time long-term position with the view of going permanent with the school.

The working hours would be of any day Monday - Friday 08:30 - 3.30pm.

This school is in a great location, with plenty of parking around the school, with a public transport station within a 5-minute walk.

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid & recognised childcare qualification or equivalent. (Or have long term experience working with children ages 7-11 years old.)
  • Be fully dedicated to the role and have a can-do attitude.
  • Be genuinely committed to enhancing the educational and personal development of the child you are supporting and the rest of the class.
  • Hold an enhance DBS or obtain one through Empowering Learning.
  • 2+ Years supporting with SEN or as a health care professional.
