Randstad Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our team for a temporary position covering Key Stage 4 in a special needs school. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on students' learning and development during the second half of the April term.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to Key Stage 4 students with special educational needs (SEN).
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning.
**Requirements:**
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching English at Key Stage 4.
- Strong understanding of SEN and the ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Commitment to creating a positive learning environment.
