Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher with experience in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)?Tradewind Recruitment is excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Personal Development Teacher to join a fantastic SEND Secondary school in Litherland. The role is full-time, and you will work with students primarily with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), providing essential support to develop their social, emotional, and personal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in Personal Development (PSHE) to secondary school students with ASD.
  • Support students in building life skills, self-confidence, and emotional resilience.
  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages personal growth.
  • Work closely with the school's SEND team to ensure student's individual needs are met.
  • Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with parents and external agencies to support students' development.
