Designing and teaching lessons adapted to various needs using P Scales

Fostering trust through patient and positive relationships

Supporting personal care routines when necessary

Promoting positive behaviour and engagement through creative methods

Requirements:

Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Legal right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain)

Proven SEN experience in UK schools

Effective behaviour management skills

Availability for full-time hours, Monday-Friday
