Your role involves creating structured, inclusive lessons tailored to individual learning journeys, and offering a safe, engaging learning environment.Responsibilities Include:
- Designing and teaching lessons adapted to various needs using P Scales
- Fostering trust through patient and positive relationships
- Supporting personal care routines when necessary
- Promoting positive behaviour and engagement through creative methods
Requirements:
- Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Legal right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain)
- Proven SEN experience in UK schools
- Effective behaviour management skills
- Availability for full-time hours, Monday-Friday
