We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a welcoming school in Liverpool and help create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with varying needs.
Your Role:- Deliver Tailored Lessons: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for students with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and Learning Disabilities.
- Provide Individual Support: Offer one-on-one support and small group interventions to help students achieve their academic and personal goals.
- Monitor Progress: Regularly assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs and ensuring students receive the right level of support.
- Create a Positive Environment: Foster a calm, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel safe and encouraged to participate.
- Collaborate with Staff: Work closely with teaching assistants, SEN coordinators, and other staff to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting SEN students.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience working with students with SEN in a mainstream or special needs setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching.

- Competitive Pay: £100 - £140 per day, based on experience and qualifications.
