SEN Teacher - Full-Time

Location: Liverpool

Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Do you have the expertise to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students with diverse needs? We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a welcoming school in Liverpool and help create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with varying needs.

Your Role:
  • Deliver Tailored Lessons: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for students with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and Learning Disabilities.
  • Provide Individual Support: Offer one-on-one support and small group interventions to help students achieve their academic and personal goals.
  • Monitor Progress: Regularly assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs and ensuring students receive the right level of support.
  • Create a Positive Environment: Foster a calm, supportive, and inclusive classroom where all students feel safe and encouraged to participate.
  • Collaborate with Staff: Work closely with teaching assistants, SEN coordinators, and other staff to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting SEN students.
What We're Looking For:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Experience working with students with SEN in a mainstream or special needs setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • A compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching.
  • A genuine commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment and making a positive impact on students' educational journeys.
