Customer Supply Chain Coordinator

We’re looking for a Customer Supply Chain Coordinator to join a leading food business, helping to drive best-in-class service for key retail customers.

About the Role:

  • Retailer Collaboration – Build and manage relationships with key retail supply chain teams
  • Order & Forecast Monitoring – Track orders, investigate variances, and ensure service levels are met
  • Promotional Planning – Support promotional execution, stock availability, and demand forecasting
  • Process Improvements – Identify efficiencies to optimise supply chain performance
  • Data Analysis – Use customer and supply chain data to support decision-making

About You:

  • Experience in supply chain, planning, or logistics within FMCG or food & drink manufacturing
  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with both internal teams and retail customers
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyse data and drive improvements
  • Experience using retailer supply chain systems (e.g., Tesco Connect, Retail Link) is beneficial
  • Proficiency in Excel and forecasting tools
