We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Administrator to provide integral support to a Planning & Supply Chain Department in Liverpool. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks/stakeholders, and have strong Excel skills. Previous use of SAP would be advantageous.

Description
As the Supply Chain Administrator you will:
- Support the planning and supply chain departments in daily administrative tasks.
- Run multiple reports using Excel.
- Communicate with suppliers and handle queries where necessary.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Profile
A successful Supply Chain Administrator should have:
- Be able to start immediately or on a short notice period - ESSENTIAL
- Previously worked in a similar administrative position previously - ESSENTIAL
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities - ESSENTIAL
- Strong Excel skills - ESSENTIAL
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - ESSENTIAL
- Used SAP in a previous position - DESIRABLE
Job Offer

- 6 months contract initially with possibility of an extension.
