Our client, a bustling organisation in need of a Receptionist/Administrator, is seeking a temporary team member to keep their front office running smoothly. If you are a bright and enthusiastic individual with an eye for detail, this is the role for you!

As the Receptionist/Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers. Your main responsibilities will include answering phone calls, taking and relaying messages, and logging basic visitor information. Your friendly and welcoming demeanour will create a positive and professional image for our client's organisation.

Requirements:

  • Must possess an enhanced DBS check
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A positive and customer-focused attitude
