Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm) with 1 hour lunch
Salary: 26,000 - 29,000 (DOE)
What You'll Do:
As our Sales and Project Support Coordinator, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing Quotes and Proposals: Craft compelling proposals and presentations for our valued clients.
- Coordination: Work hand-in-hand with various internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation in our CRM system.
- Lead Follow-Up: Engage potential leads and provide them with product information to convert interest into sales.
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers and clients on-site, guiding them through our showroom experience.
- Project Coordination: When needed, coordinate deliveries and installations with on-site labour teams.
- Supplier Enquiries: Manage supplier inquiries related to specific projects, ensuring smooth communications.
- Customer Satisfaction: Resolve any customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring top-notch service.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Stay Informed: Keep up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to enhance your effectiveness.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.
