In this role, you will be responsible for managing hire requests, coordinating equipment delivery and collection, and ensuring a high standard of service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent organizational skills, we’d love to hear from you.Responsibilities:This role involves handling customer inquiries and processing hire orders, coordinating with drivers and the operations team to ensure timely delivery and collection of equipment. You will maintain accurate hire records, manage stock availability, and resolve customer issues efficiently. Tasks include providing quotes, upselling additional services, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You will also support general administrative duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the hire desk.Essential Skills:-            Previous experience in a hire desk, customer service, or logistics role is preferred.-            Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.-            Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.-            Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office and hire management software.-            A proactive and customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.-            Knowledge of the equipment hire or construction industry is advantageous.-            Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure.Please apply online if interested in this position.
