Brightwork are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Stock & Site Maintenance Manager. This would be a full time, permanent position based out of the company's site in Livingston.
A critical role for the business, you will be responsible for the management of the warehouse while also ensuring all site property and equipment are fit for purpose and run smoothly.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, testing and repair of facilities and equipment
- Work with suppliers to obtain parts and machinery
- Minimise downtime and continuously improve working
- Oversee warehouse function
- Overseeing & managing all Receiving & Stock functions.
- Recruitment and training of staff
- Other duties deemed appropriate to role
Essential Skills and Experience
- An engineering background is vital for this position
- Experience within a warehousing environment
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
- Leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
