We are seeking a reliable and highly organised Part-Time Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the Managing Director and assist with the day-to-day operations of a busy office in Llandrindod Wells. Role Responsibilities:

  • To provide general administrative support to the Managing Director, coordinating meetings and recording minutes
  • To handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Managing Director
  • To coordinate all travel arrangements, booking accommodation and transport when required
  • To assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism
  • To maintain office supplies and equipment, supporting the running of an organised and efficient office environment

Skills you will need:Essential:

  • Proven experience in a PA and/or administration position
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times
  • A multitasker, able to effectively manage tasks to meet deadlines
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Highly proficient IT skills, confident in MS Office Suite
  • UK driving licence
