Personal AssistantRole Responsibilities:
- To provide general administrative support to the Managing Director, coordinating meetings and recording minutes
- To handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Managing Director
- To coordinate all travel arrangements, booking accommodation and transport when required
- To assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism
- To maintain office supplies and equipment, supporting the running of an organised and efficient office environment
Skills the Personal Assistant will need:
Essential:
- Proven experience in a Personal Assistantand/or administration position
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times
- A multitasker, able to effectively manage tasks to meet deadlines
- A team player with a collaborative mindset
