Personal AssistantRole Responsibilities:

  • To provide general administrative support to the Managing Director, coordinating meetings and recording minutes
  • To handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Managing Director
  • To coordinate all travel arrangements, booking accommodation and transport when required
  • To assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism
  • To maintain office supplies and equipment, supporting the running of an organised and efficient office environment

  • Proven experience in a Personal Assistantand/or administration position
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
