Senior Business Analyst (Finance) - 12 month FTC

I am delighted to be partnered with a well-known organisation based in Llandundno, Conwy. A fantastic company with a great name in their field - this is a fantastic opportunity for an experience Finance Business Analyst.
Key Duties:
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess store-level profitability and new store opportunities.
- Provide property analysis, store P&L analysis, and financial support to Marketing and HR.
- Collaborate with the Finance Business Partner to enhance reporting tools and data analytics.
- Build, maintain, and improve the sales bonus scheme, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Analyse sales performance and provide insights to senior stakeholders.
- Support period-end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for personnel costs.
- Identify efficiency opportunities within existing financial processes and reporting structures.
- Drive automation and system enhancements, reducing manual work and improving accuracy.
- Support the Finance Department restructure, ensuring smooth transitions for reporting responsibilities.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in a finance, commercial analytics, or business partnering role
- Demonstrable background in building and maintaining financial models
- Experience in analysing performance across a multi-site or retail business (desirable)
- Experience managing bonus or incentive schemes (desirable)
- Familiarity with period-end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
