MS396 - Security OfficerLocation: Llandudno JunctionSalary: £12.25 per hourOverview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Security Officer on behalf of a Client.Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.Working Hours: Monday, Tuesday & Friday. 7am - 7pm, overtime opportunities available. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain the highest level of security by delivering proactive and effective detection and prevention activities as well as emergency response.
- Conduct effective security tasks including but not limited to: Internal and External Patrolling, Gatehouse Duties, Reception and X-Ray scanning duties, CCTV Monitoring, Control Room and Key Control Tasks.
- Support the Security Supervisory and Management team ensuring that regular reviews of security vulnerabilities are carried out and any concerns identified and highlighted, addressed or suitably mitigated.
- Demonstrate a high level of competency in the use of all security systems to maximise their operational benefit.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Full 5 – year employment checkable history.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Counter Terrorism Check (CTC) security clearance.
- Flexibility to meet the job requirements.
- Valid frontline SIA License DS or SG.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Smart appearance and be well-groomed.
