About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our office-based team at Trostre Depot, Llanelli. This role is vital in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of high volumes of creditor and debtor payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process large volumes of payments (debtors and creditors).
  • Maintain operational files such as invoice batches and shipping orders.
  • Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Use digital tools, including Microsoft Office packages, to support daily operations.
  • Handle accounts payable tasks and maintain records with precision.

Working Hours

  • 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
    • Monday-Thursday: 8:45 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
    • Friday: 8:45 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

About YouTo be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Education: GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent) and/or NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (or working towards it).
  • Skills: Strong digital proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office packages.
  • Experience: Proven experience in processing high volumes of payments.
  • Attributes:
