Red Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Team Leader to join our client based in Llanelli.

This role will require you to use your utilities and/or collections experience to manage a team of Customer Service Agents.

The salary for this position is up to £30,000 per annum.

  • Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, hours between 8am - 6pm and 1 in 2 Saturdays, 9am - 1pm

Key Responsibilities of a Team Leader:

  • Managing, coaching and motivating a team of Agents
  • Tracking and measuring individual and team goals and targets
  • Ensuring customer expectations are met
  • Providing support to the team with high-volume calls or escalations
  • Encouraging the team to achieve high standards of performance and customer service

Key Skills and Experience of a Team Leader:

  • You must have contact centre experience
  • Experience within the utilities or collections industry is required
  • Previous experience leading a team is required
  • Good communication skills
  • You should be able to think independently and work within a team
  • You must have a valid UK driving license
