TRIP is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer with experience in face-to-face retail or trade environments.
The ideal candidate should have experience in kitchen design using CAD/Autocad or similar software and a proven track record in sales.
Candidates must be personable, confident, and motivated, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
The position offers a basic salary of £18k, with uncapped OTE earnings ranging from £38k to £44k, and top performers earning over £50k annually.
Applicants should have experience working towards targets in a commission-based role.

TRIP are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Sales Designer for a leading independent department store and home interiors retailer in SA14, just north of Llanelli. The retailer has stores in key locations across the whole of the UK and plans to open more in the near future.? The ideal Kitchen Sales Designer will:?

- Be experienced in Kitchen Design (CAD/Autocad or similar) and Sales- Have experience in working towards targets in a commission/target-based role?- Be extremely personable and able to develop immediate customer rapport?- Be confident and highly motivated?- Be someone who is a high achiever with a proven track record of consistent sales performance.? Basic salary £18k, initial guarantees + individual commission (up to 3%) and car allowance - genuine uncapped OTE £38-£44k (top 10% in the business currently earning in excess of £50k year on year).
