We have an opportunity for an organised and self-motivated individual to join our team and be responsible for delivering relevant property schemes and maintain close working relationships with a variety of stakeholders (e.g. Applicants, Leaseholders, Businesses, Lenders, Registered Social Landlords. Retrofit Coordinators and internal teams) to ensure smooth overall delivery of Property Services.

With great attention to detail, you will manage detailed application requests, from the initial eligibility stages through to successful application, conducting robust due diligence and adhering to regulatory responsibilities and customer requirements. You’ll draft and issue valuation and Retrofit Coordinator instructions and will be responsible for reviewing the relevant reports and communicate proposed value/offer to applicants. Managing a portfolio of cases, regularly liaising with Applicants, businesses, leaseholders, IFA’s and RSL’s RC’s. You’ll facilitate loan applications, ensuring accuracy and submitting loan sanction papers for approval and coordinate the completion process, from notices to arranging payments and legal fees.

With a good understanding of risk assessment and eligibility processes and procedures, you’ll have a proactive approach to work with the ability to prioritise your own workload. A confident communicator, you’ll be confident liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders and feel comfortable making decisions based on the relevant information available. Excellent accuracy and high attention to detail are prerequisites, as you will be involved in submitting detailed reports, so good IT skills are also a must. Although not essential, experience of working within a regulatory environment and customer service environment would be advantageous.
