Prospero Teaching is seeking School Support Mentors for a special needs school focused on children with autism and social emotional and mental health needs.
Candidates with both experience and limited experience but a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
The positions are temporary and long-term, starting ASAP, with full-time hours from 8:45 am to 3:20 pm, Monday to Friday during term time.
The minimum salary for this role is £87.90 per day, and the school may offer contract extensions or permanent positions based on performance.
Applicants should have an understanding of childcare and special educational needs, as well as some experience working with children.

School support mentor -

Prospero Teaching are looking for a number of School support mentors to work within a special needs school, which caters for children with autism and social emotional and mental health needs.

These positions are open to individuals who may have experience working with these special needs, and to those who have limited experience but a passion to learn more within this field. Depending on performance, the school would look at either extending the contract or offering a permanent position.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

A level of understanding about childcare and special educational needs

Some experience working with children
