Duties:
- Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts
- Oversee accounts payable processes
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Purchase ledger processing and dealing with queries
- Dealing with supplier payments efficiently
- Completing bank reconciliations
- Dealing with weekly external payroll journals
- Sales ledger function processing and reconciling
- Prepare management accounts
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making and improve overall financial performance.
Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant or similar role within a finance
- Demonstrated knowledge of accounts payable processes
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills
