MedicsPro Recruitment are currently looking for a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to work in an ongoing community respiratory role based with and NHS client based in Mid Wales.

Successful candidate will be working with individuals with long term respiratory conditions. The OT would also be responsible for individual assessments and equipment provision, coping strategies, energy conservation and discussing anxiety. OTs will also be responsible for the pre assessment and delivery of pulmonary rehabilitation courses to groups- in person and virtually via MS Teams with a physiotherapist

Full Time Hours, Mon-Fri. Ongoing Contract.

Skills/Requirements

  • HCPC registered.
  • Enhanced police check
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to respond to the needs of the department.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
