A leading boutique 'high street' firm with officesacross Chester and Walesare looking to grow their Conveyancing Department. Opening their doors nearly 200 years ago, the firm is very well known and has developed deep roots within the community. Looking to progress? They are proud to offer a very structuredroute of progression, ultimately leading to becoming a Director of the firm. The staff retention in very good with the average being 11 years but several members of staff have been there for 20+ years.
Role & Requirements
Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of property matters where you will be responsible for a high quality caseload of residential property matters including buying, selling, transfer of equity, first registrations, etc. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to drive development of the conveyancing presence in Llanrwst, networking / business development will be a part of this role. As well as the potential for rapid promotion.
- Minimum of 2 years PQE
- Will consider both Solicitors and LicensedConveyancers
- Confident running a full caseload of property matters
Benefits
-25 days holiday , increasing to 28 after 3 years and 30 after 10.
