- Overseeing the critical path to ensure the team meets key objectives.
- Managing and maintaining the sample library, ensuring timely delivery and returns for sign-off deadlines, press, and marketing events.
- Setting up suppliers and products accurately in internal systems.
- Liaising with suppliers to resolve purchase order, sample, and delivery queries.
- Inputting product details into range plans and back-office systems.
- Creating group purchase sheets and uploading them for store use.
- Generating barcodes and resolving scanning queries from stores.
- Assisting with promotions and seasonal product catalogues.
- Producing analytical reports as required.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience in retail buying, merchandising, or a similar administrative role is desirable.
