The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive Reception & Administration support across the business.Duties involved in this role will include:* Dealing with incoming calls & visitors to the office* Management and monitoring of access to the office including the issuing of staff and visitor passes* Acting as liaison point for staff and visitors who have enquiries, issues or require assistance* Booking of travel & accommodation for visiting & travelling staff & visitors* Ensuring the office is kept in good order at all times* Various other Reception & General Administration duties as directedIn order to be considered for this role, your skills & experience should include:* Previous experience in a Reception role with exposure to Administration tasks - this experience is ESSENTIAL* Solid IT skills including the use of MS Office* Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal* Strong organisational and time management skills* Self-motivated and able to work well within a teamIf this is the role for you, apply now!Please note that only applicants who have the required skills and experience detailed above will be considered for this role.
