Receptionist

Search Consultancy are currently working with a well-known business in Midlothian to recruit for a Receptionist on a full-time temporary basis until at least the end of March, with potential for the role to become permanent. This is an urgent role and is expected to start this week, so only immediately available candidates will be considered.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive Reception & Administration support across the business.

Duties involved in this role will include:
* Dealing with incoming calls & visitors to the office
* Management and monitoring of access to the office including the issuing of staff and visitor passes
* Acting as liaison point for staff and visitors who have enquiries, issues or require assistance
* Booking of travel & accommodation for visiting & travelling staff & visitors
* Ensuring the office is kept in good order at all times
* Various other Reception & General Administration duties as directed

In order to be considered for this role, your skills & experience should include:
* Previous experience in a Reception role with exposure to Administration tasks - this experience is ESSENTIAL
* Solid IT skills including the use of MS Office
* Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Self-motivated and able to work well within a team
