Freelance General Foreman Required!

Are you an experienced General Foreman looking for your next freelance opportunity? Contract Scotland is working with a well-respected civil engineering contractor to source a skilled professional to oversee site operations on a major infrastructure project in Central Scotland.

The Role:

  • Managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
  • Ensuring adherence to health & safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Reporting progress to site management and resolving on-site challenges as they arise.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a General Foreman in civil engineering projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive productivity on-site.
  • A solid understanding of health & safety regulations.
  • CSCS certification is essential; SMSTS or SSSTS is desirable.
