We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Electrical Installation Lecturer at our West London campus. The college boasts excellent facilities for delivering Electrical Installation courses to a diverse group of learners, primarily aged 16-18 and some aged 19+. This role is ideal for someone with industry experience and a passion for teaching and training the next generation of professionals.
Day-to-day of the role:- Teach a range of Electrical Installation programmes to different age groups.
- Prepare and deliver engaging and informative lessons that meet curriculum standards.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain and update course materials in line with industry developments.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching practices.
- Support students in their learning and development through tailored guidance and mentoring.
- Qualified to Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
- Relevant industry experience.
- Some teaching or training experience, preferably in a similar educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire learners.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
