Job Description:Search are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourers to join our team for an ongoing project based in Lochgilphead The role involves general site labouring duties to support the construction team. This is a physically demanding role and requires someone who is comfortable working on construction sites.Requirements:Previous experience working on construction sites (preferred but not essential).VALID CSCS CardPhysically fit and capable of performing manual labour.Good communication skills.Must have own PPE (hard hat, high-visibility vest, safety boots, gloves).Key Responsibilities:Site Maintenance: Ensure the site remains clean and tidy, removing debris and waste materials.Material Handling: Move equipment, tools, and materials around the site as needed.Assisting Tradespeople: Support tradesmen and construction workers by providing necessary materials or assistance as directed.Site Safety: Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others on site.General Labouring: Assist with general labouring tasks as required, such as lifting and shifting heavy materials.
