We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Engineer to join our team and drive continuous improvement in our quality processes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and other industry standards.

  • Develop and implement quality control processes and inspection procedures.

  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

  • Conduct internal audits and support external customer/supplier audits.

  • Analyze quality data and drive improvements using tools like FMEA, SPC, and Six Sigma methodologies.

  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.

  • Train staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements:
  • Bachelorā€™s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field would be advantageous.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably in aerospace, automotive, or electronics industries).
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Strong skills in problem-solving tools (8D, 5Why, Fishbone, etc.).
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis software (Minitab, Excel, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
