Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001, developing quality control processes, and conducting internal audits.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality Management and have strong problem-solving skills with tools like 8D and 5Why.
The position offers a competitive salary of £40,000 to £45,000, depending on experience.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Engineer to join our team and drive continuous improvement in our quality processes.Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and other industry standards.
Develop and implement quality control processes and inspection procedures.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Conduct internal audits and support external customer/supplier audits.
Analyze quality data and drive improvements using tools like FMEA, SPC, and Six Sigma methodologies.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
Train staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field would be advantageous.
Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably in aerospace, automotive, or electronics industries).
Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and lean manufacturing principles.
Strong skills in problem-solving tools (8D, 5Why, Fishbone, etc.).
Proficiency in statistical analysis software (Minitab, Excel, etc.).
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
