Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and other industry standards.

Develop and implement quality control processes and inspection procedures.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

Conduct internal audits and support external customer/supplier audits.

Analyze quality data and drive improvements using tools like FMEA, SPC, and Six Sigma methodologies.

Collaborate with engineering, production, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.

Train staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Bachelorās degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field would be advantageous.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably in aerospace, automotive, or electronics industries).
- Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong skills in problem-solving tools (8D, 5Why, Fishbone, etc.).
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (Minitab, Excel, etc.).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
