We are looking for an experienced administrator to join the freight team on a year long maternity cover, expected to last approximately 12 months. You will be joining a friendly and diverse team on-site to oversee the customs and billing documentation, invoice processing and provide general admin support.
This role is 100% office based within the East Midlands gateway, working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00-17:15 with some flexibility.
Day to day tasks include:
- Raising and processing invoices
- Query resolution
-Ensure compliance with local and international trade laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with third parties to ensure documentation is processed efficiently and in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records and statements
- General admin support to other departments when required
About you:
-Previous experience in customs administration (2-3 years preferred).
- Strong attention to detail
-Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs documentation, and import/export processes
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage own workload and plan your day
We will be looking to hold interviews for this role week commencing 27th January, with a view to start on the10th February
