We are currently seeking an EAA Assessor for a temporary position at Waltham Forest College. This role is crucial for assessing and supporting students requiring exam access arrangements (EAA). The ideal candidate will have experience in educational assessment and a strong understanding of the needs of students requiring additional support.
Day-to-day of the role:- Conduct detailed assessments to determine the need for exam access arrangements for students.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to understand specific student requirements and educational backgrounds.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports on assessments and recommendations for EAA.
- Provide feedback and guidance to students and educators on the implementation of access arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with examination board regulations and standards.
- Experience in educational assessment or a similar role.
- Familiarity with the guidelines and procedures for exam access arrangements.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
